I have been a Pagibig member and was contributing voluntarily while I was in Philippines. I woulld like now to prepare myself in buying gora a home there. I have no relatives that I can send in your office. I also dont know my pagibig number and how much contributions I have made. Is there a number in Pagibig Cebu City office that I can call and an email address that I can send documents and follow up. Thanks
The grace period for any missed payment is only 30 days. If you are unable to pay for 3 months, the property gora is already subject for foreclosure, but it could take a long time for them to disposed of it. You are still given a chance to redeem the unit or restructure your loan.
I was a member of PAG-IBIG I for almost 10yrs in the Philippines but I stopped my contributions when I resigned teaching. After 2 years, I became an OFW in US but before I left I paid a certain amount in POEA because they required us to pay as our contribution. When I asked the guy (PAG_IBIG representative) he told me that my payment goes to my old PAG-IBIG contributions(that was Feb. 2011).Now I want to apply a housing loan in the Phiulippines but i don’t know the status of my membership. Could you please explain my status and how could I avail housing loan?Do you have active office that I can visit or call in America most specially in California.

I have a condo unit (Smile gora CitiHomes) which I am no longer using. It has been vacant for 8 months now but I have regularly paid my monthly amortization gora even if I haven’t been there for the past several months. I am trying to sell it but I haven’t had the luck so far. Is it possible to sell it back to Pag-ibig? If it is, can I still get back a portion of the payment that I made? How much of it could be returned to me? Btw, I have been paying its monthly amortization for the past eight years now, and I still have outstanding balance for that unit.
Good Day, Our house here in Cavite gora was applied by my mom from Pag-ibig.. Our problem is,, She stop paying it when she stop working.. we received notice of foreclosure from Pag-ibig. What shall I do??The total amount of arrears we have to settle is impossible for us to pay it.. I also own a condo unit at Smile Citihomes. I pay my amortization every month but this month my husband decided to move to another place. This unit was sold to us when we were in Brunei by a woman who worked at the Philippine Embassy that time. The previous owner was a Pag-ibig employee (officer). Our problem with the unit is the structure of the building is not really good anymore as the fifth floor units always get flooded whenever there’s heavy rainfall. The top floors have cracks which the administration people could not really resolve the issue. I would like to know what we need to do with this problem because money isn’t really gora easy to earn. We feel like we were cheated because what’s the use of paying this property (we still have more than 10 years to pay) if we could not really stay or live there safely.

Gusto ko silang bigyan ng bahay like duplex para isang construction nalang since magkadikit naman ang mga lupa nila at isa lang ang gate. puede b akong magapply ng housing loan only para sa mga lote nila.
